Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film. 

Apply patch to forehead or neck. Reseal pouch by folding over twice along dotted lines. 

Keep pouch tightly closed to avoid exposing the remaining patch to air. 

Note: Discard pad after each application. 

Cools without refrigeration. 

Store unused patch in pouch at room temperature. 

For extra cooling, product can be refrigerated before use. Do not freeze. 

Apply as soon as you feel discomfort, allowing the cooling sensation to begin its soothing effect. Use as often as needed.

When used on young children under the age of 3, product may pose a choking risk. 

Use only under adult supervision.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Discontinue use if skin sensitivity or irritation occurs.
