- Connect the power cord to the pad and plug into an outlet.
- Place the pad on the desired treatment area.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Press the power button again to select heat level (1–4).
- Heating pad turns off when timer ends; unplug when not in use.
