  1. Connect the power cord to the heating pad and plug into an outlet.
  2. Place pad on the desired treatment area.
  3. Press the On/Off button to turn it on (default is 86°F for 2 hours).
  4. Press the MODE button to switch between time and heat settings.
  5. Use the + or – buttons to adjust temperature or timer.
  6. Heating pad turns off when timer ends; unplug when not in use.
  7. See instruction manual for additional guidance.
