This really helps my posture. It is very comfortable to wear and even helps by back pain. It is too noticeable for me to wear under clothes is public but as soon as I get home I put it on and wear until I go to sleep.
Great product, after sitting for hours at a computer, I put on this back support to correct my posture. I even wear it walking the dogs.
Feels comfortable and I hope it will retain its support once I wash it couple times. I like the shade and convenience of putting it on.
