Adults and children 12 years of age and over:

  1. Take one tablet 30 minutes before bedtime
  2. Take once daily or as directed by a doctor
  • Do not use with children under 12 years of age.
  • Take only at bedtime.
  • Consult a doctor before use if you have asthma, glaucoma, or prostate issues.
  • Consult a pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking other medications.
  • Avoid alcoholic beverages while using this product.
