Keep the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of one hour before use.

Apply for a maximum of 15-20 minutes or as directed by your doctor. Repeat every 2 hours or as directed by a healthcare provider.

To remove, gently peel it off, replace the protective cover over the gel, and re-freeze for your next use.

To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.

Do not continue to use this product if there is any discomfort.

For external use only.

Do not use the product without the Cold Shield Cloth in place.

Do not heat the product or store at high temperatures.

Do not sit or lay on the product. Doing so may increase risk of temperature-related injury and may cause the device to leak.

Do not use while sleeping or under the influence of mind-altering drugs, alcohol, or while suffering from dizziness.

Do not use this product on persons with nerve damage, circulatory problems, impaired skin sensations, or with damaged

or broken skin.

Do not use this product on persons unable to remove this product such as infants, children, and some older persons.

Discard this product if it begins to leak or swell.

Product may be disposed of in the trash.
