Underwear: Machine wash cold. Hang dry or tumble low preferred.

Pack:

  • Store in the freezer for cooling comfort
  • Microwave in 15-second intervals for heat therapy
  • Do not machine wash. When needed, clean by rinsing in cold water with mild soap, and let air dry completely before warming or freezing.
