The HSA Perks rewards program allows you to earn points from eligible purchases made on HSAstore.com. You can redeem these points for dollar rewards that are valid toward future eligible purchases made at HSAstore.com. There are three tiers in the program (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), and as you advance to a higher tier within the HSA Perks rewards program, you will earn access to member-only promotions and other great perks.
How do I opt-in to the HSA Perks rewards program?
It's free to join the program! Simply enroll in the program here. Whenever you make an eligible purchase or complete a non-purchase point-earning activity while logged in to your loyalty account, you earn points that are directly applied to your loyalty account dashboard.
I am already a member of the HSA Perks rewards program. What happens to my existing points in the new HSA Perks rewards program?
Don’t worry! We will migrate your points from your existing loyalty account and place you in the appropriate tier based on your total spend from the previous 12 months.
Migrated customers have 12 months from their migration date to maintain or upgrade their tier status based on their spend during that 12 month period. Any points migrated from an existing loyalty account will expire 180 days following the date of migration.
What happens to my clipped coupons?
The new HSA Perks rewards program will move away from the use of coupons valid on future HSAStore.com eligible purchases toward the use of dollar rewards which will be automatically applied to eligible purchases when you redeem your points for dollar rewards at checkout. Any outstanding clipped coupons from your account will no longer appear in your updated Perks dashboard.
To access your unused clipped coupons, HSAstore.com will send you a reminder email that includes any outstanding clipped coupons and their corresponding coupon codes. These coupon codes can be applied to future eligible purchases on HSAStore.com prior to expiration of the code. Please check your email for details on codes and expiration dates.
We ask that you retain this reminder email for easy access to your coupon codes. However, in the event that you misplace the reminder email, you can contact Customer Service 24/7 at 1-888-472-7415 or via the chat option on HSAStore.com, and our team will provide you your coupon codes.
What happens when I opt out of the HSA Perks rewards program?
When you opt out of the HSA Perks rewards program, you forfeit all points earned and you will no longer be able to access your loyalty account dashboard. Forfeiture of points and deactivation of your loyalty account cannot be reversed once you select to opt-out of the HSA Perks rewards program. You can opt out here.
How do I earn HSA Perks rewards program points?
There are many ways to earn HSA Perks rewards program points. Once enrolled and signed in to your loyalty account, you will earn points for eligible purchases made at HSAstore.com. You can also earn points by signing up for HSA deadline reminders, connecting on Instagram, signing up for SMS alerts, submitting product reviews, referring a friend, and more. Note that non-purchase activities have a frequency cap on how often you can earn points for completing those activities. Please check the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions for details. You may also have opportunities to earn points during special point-based promotions that we will notify you of by email or short message service (SMS) when you sign up for these services. You can also find a list of non-purchase activities that allow you to earn more points in your HSA Perks dashboard.
Must I be signed into my account to receive Perks Points from my purchases?
Yes. In order to receive the points earned from an order, you must sign in to your account prior to checkout. This will ensure that any points earned will be credited to your account and populate in your dashboard.
Please note: If you checkout as a guest, you will not receive any points from your purchase. Any potential Perks Points from purchases made as a guest during checkout cannot be retroactively applied to your Perks account.
Do I need to have a Health Savings Account or use a Health Savings Account card to earn points on orders?
No, you do not need to have a Flexible Spending Account or use a specific card to earn points on orders you place. We will award points for all forms of payment used.
Can I combine points from multiple loyalty accounts into a single loyalty account?
Yes, we can help merge points into one loyalty account if you have used multiple email addresses to place orders on HSAstore.com. Please note that we will only carry over points earned from eligible purchases made using the designated loyalty account, since we limit the frequency at which users can earn points for non-purchase activities. We will verify that the names and addresses on the two loyalty accounts match.

How do I know how many points I have accumulated?
You can always check your current points balance in your HSA Perks dashboard by logging in to your loyalty account. You can also view ways to earn more points and track your previous activity using your HSA Perks dashboard.
Do I earn points for purchases on Rx eyeglasses and contact lenses?
You will not earn points from Rx eyeglass or contact lens purchases. Rx eyeglasses and contact lenses are sold on a separate partner site and purchases made on that site are not eligible for HSA Perks rewards program point accrual.
I should have earned points for an eligible purchase, but I don't see the points added to my total points balance. What should I do?
Please check your HSA Perks dashboard to see if your eligible purchase is reflected in the "Activity" tab. If the eligible purchase does not show up after 3 days from the date your order ships, please reach out to us at email@example.com and our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
Do my HSA Perks rewards program points expire?
Points expire 180 days from the date of activity for which they are earned (e.g. the date on which an eligible purchase is made on HSAstore.com, or the date on which any other non-purchasing activity is complete).
What dollar rewards are available when I redeem my HSA Perks rewards program points?

Are there any limitations on the number of points that I can redeem?

Note only one dollar reward can be used per order. The smallest denomination of points that can be redeemed at one time is 350 points for a $10 dollar reward. You cannot redeem fewer than 350 points at a time. Balances under 350 points cannot be exchanged for a partial value dollar reward.

Do I receive a credit if I apply a reward dollar amount that exceeds the total value of my purchase?
No. For example, if your purchase total is $40 and you redeem 1,500 points for a $50 reward, then the entire $50 reward (and associated points) will be forfeited.
The action of redeeming points and applying a dollar reward cannot be reversed.
What happens to my HSA Perks rewards program points when I cancel part of my order, or my entire order? How about when I return my order?
The points you used on any canceled, partially canceled, or returned items will be deducted from your HSA Perks points balance. These points are non-refundable.
Once you apply a dollar reward to your total at checkout, these points cannot be un-applied.

Visit your HSA Perks dashboard and look at the header to see your current status, points earned, points needed to achieve the next tier status, and more.
Can I return or exchange the dollar rewards that I have redeemed with my HSA Perks points?
Once you have converted your points to dollar rewards, you cannot reverse that action. Dollar rewards cannot be returned for points added back to your total points balance, or exchanged for dollar rewards of different values.
Once you apply a dollar reward to your total at checkout, these points cannot be un-applied.

Note total spend is calculated based on post discount revenue, and excludes taxes and shipping fees.
How do I achieve HSA Perks rewards program Silver status?
To earn Silver status, you must be enrolled in the HSA Perks rewards program and spend a total of $500-$999.99 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your migration or opt-in date. Once you achieve Silver status, you will retain your status for the remainder of the 12-month period unless your total spend exceeds $999.99.
How do I achieve HSA Perks rewards program Gold status?
To earn Gold status, you must be enrolled in the HSA Perks rewards program and spend a total of over $1,000 during a 12-month period, which resets each year on the anniversary of your migration or opt-in date. Once you achieve Gold status, you will retain your status for the remainder of the 12-month period in which Gold status is achieved.
What do I get when I achieve a different tier status within the HSA Perks rewards program?
When you achieve Silver Status, you will receive a $25 off reward (on a minimum eligible purchase of $175 or more). You will also earn 1.25 points for every dollar you spend on future eligible purchases.
When you achieve Gold Status, you will receive a $50 off reward (on a minimum eligible purchase of $300 or more). You will also earn 1.5 points for every dollar you spend on future eligible purchases.
Dollar rewards earned due to achievement of a higher tiered status will expire 30 days from the date the dollar reward is issued. HSAstore.com will send a reminder email to loyalty account holders so they can use, not lose, their new status dollar rewards.
How are HSA Perks rewards program points multipliers applied to the points that I earn?
You will earn points at a faster rate once you achieve a higher tiered status. Silver status loyalty account holders earn 1.25 points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases. Gold status loyalty account holders earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases. Points multipliers are only applied to points earned from eligible purchases. Regardless of tiered status, all loyalty account holders will receive the same number of points for non-purchase activities (e.g. signing up for HSA deadline reminders, connecting on Instagram, signing up for SMS alerts, submitting product reviews, referring a friend, and more).
When do I start earning multiplied HSA Perks rewards program points after achieving a higher tiered status?
You will earn the multiplied points associated with your new tiered status on the first eligible purchase you make after achieving the higher tiered status. You cannot earn multiplied points on past eligible purchases.
