The Oura Ring smart health monitor is eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement. The Oura Ring is not eligible with a limited purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

What is the Oura Ring?

The Oura Ring is a diagnostic health-tracking ring that monitors sleep biometrics, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, temperature trends, early illness detection and more. It is an innovative wearable that tracks over 20 biometric signals all from your finger. The diagnostic health data collected by the ring is transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth to a smartphone app that helps the user understand an array of metrics about their health.
