  1. No need to freeze!
  2. After washing your hands, find somewhere comfortable to relax, dim the lights if possible, open the packet, unfold the eye mask, remove the film from the hydrogel adhesive, close your eyes, and place the mask so that the hydrogel covers your eyes and lashes.
  3. Focus on relaxing your forehead and your eyelids while the mask cools.
  4. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes while listening to your favorite music, book, or podcast.
  5. Rinse with water or a cleanser after removing the mask, if desired, and then resume your usual routine.
