- Wash the milk collector thoroughly before first use and after each use using warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. It’s dishwasher safe on the top rack or can be hand washed.
- Gently place the collector over your nipple, making sure it fits snugly and comfortably inside your bra.
- Wear it during breastfeeding or throughout the day to catch natural milk let-down and help prevent leaks.
- Remove the collector every 2–3 hours to allow your nipple to air-dry and to empty any collected milk.
- After use, pour the milk into a clean storage container if you are saving it, and clean the collector before reusing.
