- Press the power switch to power on the massager and to start the kneading and heating function.
- Press the power switch again to stop the heat function heating function.
- Press the power switch once more to turn off the power.
- For best results, unplug after using, and avoid using for more than 15 minutes at a time, waiting 30 minutes before using again.
