Ensure your hands are clean and warm.
Remove nail polish or artificial nails, as these can interfere with readings.
Insert the batteries into the pulse oximeter.
Open the app and navigate to the "Oxygen Saturation" tab.
Tap “+ Measure” to start recording.
Press the power button to turn on the device; the screen will light up.
Insert your finger fully into the oximeter. Ensure it’s snug but not too tight.
Wait a few seconds as the device calculates your SpO2 and pulse rate.
View your SpO2 and pulse rate on the LCD screen. Normal oxygen saturation levels typically range between 95-100%.
The readings automatically sync to the A&D Heart Track app for easy storage and sharing with your healthcare provider.
