Steps:
- Wash your hands and Perineal Wand using mild soap.
- Get your body and mirror into position.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of personal lubricant to the wand. Re-apply during massage for comfort.
- Massage from the bottom center of the vaginal opening up along both sides – working in a U-shaped motion. Only insert want up to the widest part of the tip.
- Grip wand and pull wrist back towards yourself to apply targeted pressure at the bottom center of the vaginal opening using the widest part of the wand.
