12 years and above: Stir 1 stick pack into 4-8 oz. of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). For optimal results, use 3 times per day. 

6 to 11 years: 1/2 stick pack, 3 times per day.
