According to the customer service rep on the phone, I am one of the 1% of people who are "between sizes" on these. I found these INCREDIBLY painful to wear, I wore them for about 36 hours before I gave in and took them off, and I had red marks from the points for 2 days after. They are called "crystal clear" but they are actually white. The bands are firm plastic like a children's watchband, and the holes are too close together to allow for adding your own custom hole for a better fit. A few coworkers asked me why I was wearing "hospital bands" because they are so obvious and medicinal looking. I understand they aren't intended to be the most fashionable items ever, but I order them in clear for a reason, and they aren't clear at all. They're the opposite of discreet. Very upset that I spent 19 dollars on these when they cost 11 dollars at Target, Walmart, and Walgreens, AND I could have returned them to those stores without any trouble at all.

Not quite sure how much this helps since I used in combination with dramamine to help with bad case of vertigo. Between the two seemed better.

This is a high quality and popular product available from the FSA Store. The way they organize their shopping list and online store makes it very easy to identify high quality products.
