Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders $50 and above (the subtotal must remain $50+ to qualify, and before sales tax)*. If you order is less than $50.00, then we charge a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99. This shipping fee is HSA eligible, and can be paid using your HSA card.

Our goal is to ship your order out to you as fast as we possibly can. Depending on the product purchased, the availability of the products and size of the order placed, your order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite the shipment of your entire order.

Once the order is in the “Getting Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” status, unfortunately the order cannot be edited. If you would like to reroute an order in either status, you may be subject to the fees that apply when rerouting.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are “in processing”, “getting ready to ship ”or “shipped ”status.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders to Puerto Rico. We are also unable to direct our packages to any PO BOX addresses.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for Free Shipping. Additional shipping fees apply which will be determined at checkout. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are express shipped and may take up to 10 days for delivery. A flat rate of $29.99 will be applied when shipping to HI and AK. Orders with products that total over 20 pounds will be subject to an additional $2.99 fee for each pound over 20 pounds.

By requirement of the US Department of Transportation (DOT), certain products are restricted from shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. These items include, but are not limited to: Aerosol-type products, sunscreens, products in pressurized cans, products with flammable or corrosive chemicals, and Blue Rx items.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of brand new, unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, except for breast pumps, defibrillators, pillows, and items marked as non-returnable. Breast pumps, pillows, and defibrillators are not returnable, no exceptions.

Fees are determined on a case by case basis. Our standard restocking fee is 10%. Some products may have higher restocking fees, which are noted on each applicable product page

If you experience any issues with delivery or items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email. We will not be able to issue any credits after this 30 day period.

Please note: refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. There are no exceptions. *Store credits may only be used on HSAstore.com and may not be used on FSAstore.com, FSA Optical, HSA Optical or Glasses.com.

If you returned a product(s) used to qualify for our free shipping promotion and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.

Please refer to the product manual for troubleshooting on electronic devices. If you need additional assistance, please contact the product manufacturer directly for more details on receiving a repair or replacement.

Prescription Returns

By law, we cannot accept returns of products requiring prescriptions for reuse or resale.

If any of the following issues occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  • you received the incorrect product
  • the product was visibly damaged upon arrival

How to Return

Option 1 – Set up your own return - Sign into your HSAstore.com account using the email address and password you registered when ordering.
Click on “My Account” then “Returns”. Click “Return Items” for the order you wish to return, then check the items and select the reasons for return from the drop down.

Option 2 – Email us. Please email us with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for which the item(s) is being returned to us. Email: returns@hsastore.com

For exchanges, please follow option 2 noted above.

Once you have completed these steps, you will see/receive a confirmation of your return request. It will take 3-5 business days for us to send your return shipping label.

Receiving Your Refund

We will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your return. By default, we will process the refund to the original form of payment, unless you specify you’d prefer a store credit. Please note, we may deduct a 10% restocking fee; some products may have higher restocking fees, which are noted on each applicable product page.

If you returned a product(s) used to qualify for our free shipping promotion and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.

We will do our best to reach out to you in the event that the card on file has expired. Should our efforts to reach you fail, we will issue your refund in the form of a store credit, which will be sent to you via email. The store credit will be valid for six months.
