At HSAstore.com we guarantee that every product we carry is HSA eligible. If you purchased a product on our website and your HSA provider denies your properly filed claim, contact us at email@example.com and one of our HSA experts will assist you. Please include the following information with your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) SKU number
- The name of your HSA provider
We will provide you with substantiation for any product(s) in question. If your HSA provider still denies your claim after substantiation has been provided, we will give you a full refund on that specific product.
Keep in mind that products marked with a PURPLE checkmark icon are always 100% HSA eligible, while products marked with a BLUE “Rx” icon require a prescription from your doctor in order to be eligible. If you purchased a BLUE “Rx” product and failed to provide your HSA provider with a prescription dated before the time of your order, we cannot consider it a properly filed claim. In the rare case that your HSA provider explicitly prohibits reimbursement for certain categories or items (e.g. contraception), it is your responsibility to know the limits of your coverage. In these cases, if you have purchased such an item and have been denied reimbursement, we cannot consider the claim properly filed; however, if you would like a refund, you may return the product via our normal return process.
