Account Development Manager/Director

We are seeking a talented, personable, and growth-driven Account Development Manager to join our partnership sales team. This person will be responsible for the development and day-to-day management of our existing strategic partners, and support company wide sales goals including identification of new business, negotiation, and management of existing and expanded revenue opportunities. The ideal individual is self-motivated with a strong work ethic, has excellent written and presentation skills, and is highly analytical and organized.


  • Manage and develop our existing B2B2C client partnerships.

  • Develop and drive monthly/quarterly/annual promotional plans to drive revenue, using a multi-faceted approach including mobile, email, and banner campaigns.

  • Conduct day-to-day analysis to understand individual account KPIs and revenue trends.

  • Develop new client growth opportunities; introduce new ideas, influence product roll-outs and enhancements that positively affect the relationship and revenue.

  • Attend industry meetings and events to promote our Company, products and services and generate referrals.

  • Maintain and deliver quarterly, annual partner forecasts.

  • Create dynamic presentations that represent our brand, address account needs, and deliver the same with all level clients.

  • Collaborate internally with all departments including to achieve and execute against partner deliverables.


  • BS in Business and/or similar work experience in related filed; entrepreneur, sales, or partnership marketing.

  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Manager or Strategic Client Partner/Sales role.

  • Prior experience creating savvy presentations that convey account information, leveraging data to tell a story.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a dynamic presentation to all level employees in small and large settings.

  • Excellent communication skills; in-person, email, video and phone.

  • Experience managing and developing client relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to excel in a highly collaborative and fast paced team environment.

  • Numbers driven and self-motivated.

  • Organized under pressure and experienced in delivering against a variety of client requests and/or projects simultaneously.

  • Ecommerce experience a strong plus.

  • Prior hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Customer Service Representative

This position will entail handling inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries in a fast paced call center, as well as responding to email correspondence inquiries promptly and professionally. Our ideal candidate is an organized and diligent team-oriented individual who is comfortable conversing excellently with customers, and willing to go above and beyond their day to day duties to add value to a growing organization.


  • Prepares customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.

  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

  • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

  • Call Center experience as well as working with the chat function.

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2 years of prior Customer Service experience or similar high call volume experience.

  • Experience with creating, managing and resolving customer service tickets, working with CRM tools like Zendesk a plus.

  • Excellent listening, telephone, verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Strong data entry skills, basic MS Word and Excel a plus.

Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced email marketing manager to add to our Digital Marketing team. This is position is part of a collaborative marketing team, and is responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing including campaign planning, content development, QA, deployment, testing and optimization, analytics and reporting. In this role, you will have ownership over the email marketing channel, and share best practice expertise to the team on email marketing strategy, segmentation, creative/coding and deployment. You will manage the end-to-end email experience to support sales conversion, customer onboarding, education, engagement and retention for our business.


  • Manage all aspects of Email Marketing including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.

  • Collaborate with the content team on overall content strategy and design.

  • Partner with with in-house developers and outside resources to implement mobile-friendly, responsive HTML email templates.

  • Maintain email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve our programs.

  • Drive email optimization efforts through split testing, automation, segmentation, and personalization.

  • Identify new opportunities for other marketing channels by using insights from email campaigns and optimization efforts.

  • Champion continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities. Including targeting, personalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more.

  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.


  • BS in Marketing or related field of study.

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience including strategy, implementation, analytics and reporting.

  • Knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, responsive layouts, and testing methodologies.

  • Experience designing and executing online customer experiences and / or implementing online marketing programs.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of email-specific HTML/CSS with the ability to learn in-house technology and tools quickly.

  • Strong project management skills: experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results, and meeting tight deadline.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

  • Hands on experience managing an enterprise level ESP (Bronto is preferred).

  • Knowledge of additional analytical and database tools (SQL, Access) a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in retail, e-commerce or with daily deals / flash sales.

  • Familiarity with planning and implementing online marketing initiatives across multiple online channels.
